At nearly 60 years young, Mr. TNT understands that every day we wake up, we grow in age, but we don’t necessarily have to get old. Knowing that if we don’t do something to build and/or maintain our muscle/strength, we will lose muscle and getting weak equates to getting old and feeble. Basically, if we don’t use it, we lose it.

We provide unique personal fitness training for youth, senior and amateur and professional athletes personal training of any disciplines primarily core strength and conditioning and proper nutrition designed for each individual needs including weight loss, improve agility, balance, speed, and endurance.
FITNESS SEMINARS & SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Mr. TNT speaks to large and small groups on weight loss, strength and conditioning, manipulating the metabolism, and proper nutrition includign how to eat to accomplish your fitness goals. TNT works with small groups (two to four individuals).
CORPORATE FITNESS
TNT provides through our qualified team proper nutrition for the purpose of weight loss, building strength and conditioning; two forms of Yoga (Hatha and Dynamic), CORE STRENGTH, and high and low impact Aerobics; And as a SPECIAL BONUS TNT offers Personal Protection and Rape Prevention.
